Nature of Service: Fusion Freight Trans LLC acts strictly as an independent dispatch service representative for motor carriers. We research loads, negotiate broker rates, submit broker packets, and coordinate logistics documents under your motor carrier authority. We are not a freight broker, freight forwarder, or property broker.
No Forced Dispatch: Motor carriers maintain 100% control over equipment and load decisions. Every rate confirmation is submitted to you for review and approval prior to booking.
Carrier Compliance: Registered carriers agree to maintain active FMCSA authority, proper commercial auto liability ($1,000,000 minimum) and cargo insurance ($100,000 minimum), and operate in compliance with all federal safety rules.
