Understanding the working contract between Fusion Freight Trans LLC and motor carriers
The Carrier appoints Fusion Freight Trans LLC as its independent administrative dispatch representative for the sole purpose of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and coordinating freight opportunities under the Carrier's operating authority (MC/USDOT).
The Dispatcher agrees to submit all rate confirmations and load tenders for the Carrier's direct review and approval prior to binding commitments. Zero forced dispatch: the Carrier retains final operational discretion over whether to accept or decline any load.
“Our dispatch fee is calculated according to your equipment category and the eligible revenue from loads dispatched by Fusion Freight Trans LLC. No additional dispatch service fees apply under our stated pricing policy. Your dispatch agreement will define the calculation basis and treatment of accessorial charges.”
Accessorial payments (such as shipper-approved detention compensation, layover allowances, and Truck Order Not Used / TONU payments) are negotiated on the Carrier's behalf. The treatment and fee application for accessorial charges are set forth in the specific agreement schedule.
Brokers or shippers remit gross freight proceeds directly to the Carrier or the Carrier's designated factoring company. Fusion Freight Trans LLC never collects or holds the Carrier's gross load revenues. Dispatch fees are invoiced upon successful delivery and transmission of the signed Proof of Delivery (POD).
Our agreements operate on a flexible, carrier-friendly basis. Either party may terminate the dispatch relationship with written notice, subject to completing any active loads already confirmed and dispatched.
