How and when is the dispatch fee paid?

Our dispatch fee is calculated as a percentage of the eligible gross load revenue from loads dispatched by Fusion Freight Trans LLC. Invoicing terms and schedules are specified in your carrier dispatch agreement.

Are there any sign-up fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges?

No. We do not charge setup fees, administrative onboarding charges, or weekly subscription minimums. You only pay for loads we successfully source, negotiate, and coordinate under your approval.

How are accessorial charges (detention, layover, TONU) treated?

Your carrier dispatch agreement clearly defines the calculation basis and treatment of accessorial charges negotiated and collected on your behalf.

Do you charge a fee if my truck is broken down or I choose not to run?

No. There are no inactivity penalties or forced dispatch quotas. When you are parked, taking time off, or running loads elsewhere, you owe no dispatch fees.

What third-party operational costs am I responsible for as a motor carrier?

As an independent motor carrier, you remain responsible for your own operating expenses including diesel fuel, truck and trailer insurance, routine maintenance, highway tolls, factoring company discount fees (if you use factoring), and regulatory compliance costs. These third-party costs are separate from our dispatch fee.
